I Love New York.

Four simple words that mean so much to me. I’m proud to help clients find their place, space, and pace in New York as a member of The Corcoran Group. As a life-long New Yorker with homes in the Catskills and the City, I have personal experience with the buying and selling processes in multiple markets. As a both co-op shareholder and a homeowner, I have professional and personal experience navigating the unique aspects of buying and selling processes alike. Whatever your dream is, I’ll find you the next place you’ll call home.

As a seller’s agent, I help you through the process of getting your home ready for sale, prepare a comparables report and market analysis, create promotional materials (e.g. mailers, virtual renderings, drone video, and 3D walkthroughs), manage showings, qualify buyers, negotiate offers, and act as your liaison for a co-op board and management company as needed.

Leveraging Corcoran’s award-winning marketing solutions, I promote your property through our extensive network and guide you through the contract process from start to finish. And then congratulate you on selling your home!

As a buyer’s representative, my mission is to find you a home that aligns with your needs and aesthetic. My approach is to actively listen to what is important to you and use my local knowledge as a native New Yorker to find houses or apartments that are going to make you feel right at home. Whether its your first apartment, your forever home, or your summer home, I design a search process that reflects your needs and desires. I will guide you through every step of the process from making an offer, creating the deal sheet, securing financing, understanding closing costs, getting to contract, disclosures (including COVID-19 liability), walk through, and closings (virtual or in-person). For co-op purchases, I help you assemble your board package and prepare for the interview.

I work with clients with very specific visions for their properties and across a spectrum of budgets. Clients range from those looking for a turnkey property, some light remodeling, or even a gut renovation and reimagining from the ground up. (And some who go the extra length to buy adjacent lands to expand onto!)
